LumiWell Home Care provides automated and manual text messaging for service inquiries, appointment scheduling, and nurse assessment coordination. By opting in, you agree to receive messages related to the care services you requested.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can expect to receive approximately 10 messages per month.

3. Cost Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our 10-digit number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
